How to request deletion of your data

At Mercon, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our platform, including data associated with third-party integrations like Instagram.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send a Request

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your account email and specify what data you want deleted.

Specify Data Scope

Let us know if you want to delete all your data, specific conversations, or data related to specific integrations (e.g., Instagram messages).

Processing Time

We will process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Confirmation

After deletion, you will receive a confirmation email. Note that some data may be retained as required by law.

Important Information

  • Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Deleting your data will remove all associated customer conversations, orders, and analytics.
  • If you're connected via Instagram, we will also delete data received through the Meta integration.
  • Some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., transaction records).
  • You can also delete your account directly from the dashboard settings.
